Basic Rifle Course

Course Description

Basic Rifle is designed for the new rifle owner. The class will begin with weapons safety training, weapons malfunction procedures, field stripping, and field cleaning of your rifle. Students will learn basic rifle marksmanship fundamentals and how to zero a rifle properly, both iron sights and optics. Basic Rifle will teach students how to shoot from the prone, kneeling, and standing, as well as basic weapons manipulation. Duration: + Outdoor Range: 4hrs Required Equipment: - Rifle - 150 rounds minimum - FMJ, no steel core, steel jacketed, bi-metal jacket, or steel cased, Incendiary or tracers (can be purchased at the range) - Eyes and Ear Protection - Close-toed Shoes - Suggested long pants - Eat prior, Snacks and food (optional) - two magazines minimum ** EQUIPMENT RENTAL $50: includes Rifle** Must book 7 days prior Must be 18 or older to take this course Price does not include ammo Price include range fee $25 Please download waiver, sign, and bring it to first day of class with ID.

Cancellation Policy

+ Cancellation is permitted 72hrs ahead of class with full refund (5-10 businesses days) + There are no refunds if less than 72hrs notification is given by the student + No show, no refund. + Cancellation must be submit via email, we do not accept phone cancelation
